Personal Data Protection and Processing Notice

This Privacy Notice has been prepared pursuant to Article 10 of the Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") and the related Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation, in order to inform you, as the data subject, about the personal data processed through the demo request form provided on the Tixenta product and the tixenta.com website.
1. Data Controller
Your personal data is processed by Teknotel Telekomünikasyon Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. ("Teknotel" or the "Company"), acting as the data controller, within the scope explained below.

2. Personal Data We Process
If you fill in the demo request form, the following personal data is processed:

3. Purposes of Processing
- Receiving and evaluating your demo/product request and getting back to you,
- Conducting communication regarding your request and planning sales/offer processes,
- Promoting our services and preparing a presentation suited to your use case,
- Recording requests submitted via the form and managing request history,
- Ensuring information security, preventing abuse/spam and fulfilling legal obligations.
4. Legal Grounds for Processing
Your personal data is processed based on the following legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK:
- Art. 5/2-c: Being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (conducting the demo/offer process),
- Art. 5/2-ç: Being necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligation,
- Art. 5/2-f: Being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (request management, information security),
- Art. 5/1 (Explicit Consent): Your explicit consent for analytics/cookie operations that require cross-border transfer and for sending commercial electronic messages.
5. Method of Collection
Your personal data is collected electronically, through automated and partially automated means, by your filling in the demo request form on the tixenta.com website.
6. Transfer of Personal Data
Limited to the purposes above and in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, your personal data may be shared with:
- Service providers: Suppliers from whom we receive e-mail/SMTP infrastructure, server and hosting services,
- Analytics service provider: Google Analytics (Google LLC) for site usage statistics. In this context, some of your data may be transferred to servers located abroad based on your explicit consent,
- Bot/spam protection: Google reCAPTCHA (Google LLC) is used for form security; in this context your IP address and interaction data may be transferred to Google's servers located abroad,
- Authorised public institutions: To the extent required by legislation, where requested under our legal obligations.
7. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the processing purpose, taking into account the statute of limitations set out in the relevant legislation; once the purpose ceases or upon your request, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with the KVKK.
8. Your Rights as a Data Subject
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the data controller, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed,
- Request information if it has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad,
- Request rectification if it is incomplete or processed incorrectly,
- Request deletion/destruction within the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK,
- Request that rectification/deletion operations be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
- Object to a result against you arising solely from analysis by automated systems,
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
9. Cookies and Analytics
Our website uses cookies to improve user experience and measure site traffic. Site usage statistics are collected via Google Analytics (GA4), and these analytics cookies run only if you select "Accept" in the cookie notice on the site (Google Consent Mode). You can change your consent at any time via the Cookie Preferences link at the bottom of the page; you can also manage or delete cookies from your browser settings.
10. How to Apply
You may submit your requests regarding your rights, in accordance with the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller", by e-mail to contact@tixenta.com, via registered e-mail (KEP) to teknotel.telekom@hs01.kep.tr, or in writing to Kozyatağı Mahallesi Saniye Ermutlu Sokak No:10 1/A, 34742 Kadıköy / İstanbul. Your applications are concluded within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
